  We had booked Owen for 2 days as part of a utility room extension to move a boiler and do some other work. When Owen looked at things, our copper tank was leaking which was a big shock so we decided to have a new combi boiler fitted and get rid of the old tank and boiler. I was dreading it and thought it would take ages and cost a fortune that we had not planned for. Owen was marvellous. He worked long hours, missing his lunch and including an unexpected Saturday to get us going again and we are over the moon with him. His price was really reasonable and restored our faith in plumbers. We are so glad to have found a plumber who isn't a cowboy and will definitely keep his number. Thank you so much Owen. We can't thank you enough! It's so warm and cosy. Sarah and Ian
